Here in Costa Rica foreigners sometimes get interested in our culture for many things, like we dont have an army, but we have our houses with fences to protect them, we are very lazy,but good people, (specialy in places near the beach), our food is base on rise and beans...
I dont like our laws, they are very "weak" to thieves and not always protect all people!!!, and talking about american´s I do not know to much about their culture... ( because every people have a different culture...)
And finally if I could change something about the culture, here in Costa Rica, as I said before, I might change our laws a little bit.

1- If you don't know much about American culture, that's fine; you can just talk about impressions you have from media or entertainment. Or, you can also talk about British culture, since you've made a few friends online. But you still have to answer the question. :)
2- If you could change the laws, which laws would you change, and how would you change them?
3- Do a spell-check on your posts, either using Blogger's spell-checker, or just by reading carefully yourself. I think you'll find quite a few small errors.

1-British culture is nice,It has a lot of history,such as ghost stories and haunted castles,but some people think that when we talk about "british culture" they just think on england, but its not, there a few countries that have the same culture...

Their english has a different pronunciation (between american english and british english.
Some people say that when you meet a english you should know a little bit about their culture because some of them are sometimes rude,or "cold" when talk to you...
2-As I have been talkin abouit our laws, I am going to talk about girl´s laws again.
Some laws are protecting women to much,thats why they (girls) thinks that they have more power than men ( that is totaly false, because I think we should trust in the egalitarianism a little bit). Anyways other law that I dont like is when someone steal something and the police catch him/her and 2 or 3 hours later they release him/her.
As you know I have a german guy at home so I have been talking with him about their laws,he said that when a child kill a person,he/she, is not going to jail... the responsables for that are him/her, parents.
